The output of the top command is 100% CPU. There are times (not always) when I get a deadlock error.

Hey guys, I've my website having Wordpress hosted using OLS on AWS. The issue I am facing is that even loading a single page takes about 8 - 10 sec, sometimes causing problems of deadlock, etc. Anything that I might need to look into in such a case?
