turns out was an IP issue, the server was still online this morning when I checked :)

They've sorted the IP issue, so guess I will be able to tell in the morning if it was the issue or not.

Yeah I did, and a reboot does fix it, but it happened twice now. They think it might be an IP conflict? could that cause the issue?
