Does anyone know how to create an admin user(command line) for CyberPanel?

When I have created a new user for the first website, I have accidentally modified the admin user. I have changed the type from admin to user. now I only find one user when I go to login.
Normally there should be two. The admin and user that I have created for the website.
With the user admin I cannot log in. With the second user I can enter, but since it does not have admin rights, it is limited in options.
In the LiteSpeed Web Admin Console if I can log in with the admin user.
I have tried many things that I have found on the internet, but they have not helped me.
Does anyone know how to create an admin user for CyberPanel?

If you log in as the user level, then you can not see the admin level for sure.
