LSCache is not supported?

When I check my site in this tool:

LSCache is not supported.

I really install Litespeed and Litespeed cache plugin and config correctly. But I got the above message.

How to fix it. Thank you so much.

On the check site, it returns a 403 permission issue. But it's loads fine from my browser and it is a cache hit. Maybe there's some security rule on your server to prevent it from the check. If you want to know why it's a 403, please look check your server error log.
