My main virtual host (example.com) has a working SSL on port 443 but I can't set a SSL for its sub domain (cdn1.example.com). How can I solve this issue ?

In Web Console, Rewrite tab, If you edit the rules and comment the last line(s) and save and click the edit button again you will notice that many of existing lines have been removed and so you can't # the last lines.
