How can I increase 2 MB max upload limit through through php ?

I changed here 2MB to 20MB but still showing 2MB
/usr/local/lsws/lsphp83/etc/php/8.3/litespeed/php.ini

Please try to restart the PHP process (killall lsphp), and see if it works.
