Hi, this is my vhost configuration that has been working for several months. However, an update to 1.6.11 results in the rewrite rules not being applied and all requests -- except for files in document root and sub directories -- throwing a 404 error. Had to downgrade to 1.6.10 to fix it...

I also found out that 1.6 deletes some of the required config variables related to br. I had to manually restore it. also, giving 777 permissions on the cache folder was the only way to allow permission to the lsws to write to it. 666 was not enough.

Oops, it was my mistake. I was looking under 'Web Server' field, while there was a specific box for Header Ops in the 'Proxy' context. I was under the impression that both were identical. :X3:
