thanks for the response , i just found the solution. i have turned on the stale server cache option which was creating issue while purging the cache.

whenever i tried to purge cache , lscache not able to purge any cache i tried purge entire cache, turned off cache , disable all feature , but none of them worked all pages are shown from cache . can anyone help me in how to fix this.
