cpu usage full

I am using external featured images in featured image for woocommerce. I have enabled media optimization options like LQIP, webp version etc. After that my site pages loading slowly and High CPU usage seen in the server. I am using OpenLiteSpeed with Cyberpanel. Server’s error log showing errors...
