How do you optimize OpenLiteSpeed for handling video uploads and playback?

#1
Hi all,

I’m experimenting with hosting short video clips on an OpenLiteSpeed server and I’m running into some bandwidth/optimization questions.

Some of the clips are edited on our capcut site, and while the videos themselves are small, the server seems to get stressed when multiple people stream at the same time.

A couple of things I’m wondering:

Do you recommend enabling HTTP/2 Push or just rely on caching for media?

Is it better to serve videos directly from OLS or offload them to something like object storage (S3, Backblaze, etc.)?

Any vhost or cache settings that help keep streaming smooth?

I’d love to hear if anyone has experience running OLS in a video-heavy environment and what optimizations worked best for you.

Thanks in advance!
