how to change domain of wordpress sites?

hi everyone i am following the instructions here

everything works perfect, i am running multiple sites on vps

now, i want to change the domain of site1, how should i do? (just change domain, data still on same vps)
change siteurl in wordpress option not work

Access the OpenLiteSpeed web admin and update and add an additional domain from the VHost Templates>docker.
