2022-02-03 14:54:41.050521 [INFO] [88953] Invalid rewrite directive: Options -ExecCGI

I'm not sure what's triggering them, or how to address?

Thanks,

OLS does not recognize those dir and rewrite, will bypass it. Hence those are INFO level error messages, that can ignore.
