Hi,
I tried a fresh setup with AlmaLinux 9, but was not able to reproduce the issue.
What if you move the /dev/shm /dev/shm.bk, then restart the web server and see if it is able to fix the issue.

Thank you for testing it. Happens randomly. When I restart now (without any change whatsoever to the OLS settings or the directory structure) now everything works fine. Went over all my domains/pages, error does not repeat for now, but likely will reoccur at some point.
What could be causing it?
