Stalled Chrome DevTools

Hi!

In a droplet, digitalocean installed an Ubuntu-OpenLiteSpeed-Wordpress assembly. The domain has not yet been connected. I did not configure anything in the server. I don't know how yet. Only the password 123456 was changed and the ports were opened. I check the server response by SP. The first call to the server is the big "Stalled". Screenshot. After a minute of inactivity, the big "Stalled" again. If the page is refreshed every second, the "Stalled" is not displayed.



1. How to remove "Stalled"?
2. Please, very briefly, in simple terms, describe what mandatory basic steps I need to take to keep the server safe and stable. What other settings are needed before publishing the site? Check list. I will look for details in the instructions.
3. What is the regular maintenance for this assembly? Besides WordPress, I am familiar with it.
