Wordpress no-cache header & TTFB

I did an installation of OLS with Php 5.4.22, APC and Memcache, below you see the screen test site Webpagetest, this test was done on a standard installation of WordPress 3.8, the results are good?

What specific settings to improve TTFB? The wordpress headers show no-cache and pragma no-cache, how fix it?

Yup. Because Varnish is caching. OpenLiteSpeed doesn't have its own page caching function.
