Perl / Fast CGI issues - /tmp/lshttpd/perl.sock connection refused

Hi,

Working on a fresh Cyberpanel/Alma install and I'm having a tough time getting getting Perl working through Fast CGI.

- FCGI.pm is installed on the server
- Perl works fine as regular CGI
- I've followed the directions for LSWS [here]

In the logs I'm seeing

Any tips on getting this straightened out?
