This page can't load Google Maps correctly - JS Combine External and Inline

I recently moved a site with a working Google Maps embed (via Bricks Builder) from nginx to OLS. The map would not load, stating "This page can't load Google Maps correctly." and "Geocoding Service: You must use an API key to authenticate each request to Google Maps Platform APIs. For additional information, please refer to http://g.co/dev/maps-no-account", even though the api keys were totally fine.

The one setting that fixes this particular case:

WordPress > LS Cache > Page Optimization > JS Settings > JS Combine External and Inline - OFF.

Just leaving this as a tip as it took me an hour to discover this, including turning off quic.cloud, disabling the plugin, different presets, etc.
