I joined this board some time ago, when i discovered OLS, but if i can remember good in those days OLS didn't support Apache .htaccess files. Today i fall into Apache vs OLS comparision and it says that OLS support .htaccess files, is this right? The idea of replace Apache with OLS is again...

The unique feature that i´m looking at the moment is work with something available in CentOS repos. I prefer work with repos, because needs less time to install/update, time is gold, and not want to manually update everytime. My first advice is try to provide repo for beta versions, i´m sure...

Yeah i know that .htaccess give the user more options like change php config parameters, block ip ranges and large etc... Then... the admin control panel provides a place to use all .htaccess functionality or only rewrite rules?
