What are the instructions to install mariaDB and configure it the same way as in the Google Cloud Openlitespeed image. I uninstalled mariadb server and want to reinstall and have it configured the same way again how do i do it?

I want to run in process group mode as it appears the best for wordpress. Everytime i get more than approx. 10+ visitors the server becomes unresponsive. I have set 200 connections and running on 8GB RAM 2v CPU on Google Cloud, shouldnt it be faster and more stable than that?
