azure openlitespeed-wordpress image removed

I am using an azure openlitespeed-wordpress azure image from the Azure marketplace, but the image was removed recently -Ubuntu 20-. As a result, no more VMs can be created using that image, which means backups or related solutions stop working as well.
Is it possible to re-add the image? This is what has been suggested by Azure as the best solution. What is the alternative otherwise? The only solution I can find now is just moving everything to another server, which I would like to avoid.

The OpenLiteSpeed WordPress image is still on the Azure Marketplace, see https://azuremarketplace.microsoft....litespeedtechnologies.openlitespeed-wordpress

The image built with Ubuntu 20.04 (with gen1)has been outdated and may have some security concerns due to no update for a long time.

Please consider using the new image instead.

The problem with removing the image is that Azure backups stop working properly. I can use the new one, but would need to migrate all the data for the existing sites. I contacted Azure support and they advised to contact the publisher and ask to republish the old image. Azure doesn't usually deprecate their own images. You can even see Ubuntu 9 images still on the marketplace.

Regarding security, we upgrade the ubuntu version ourselves.
