Browser Cache Settings doesn't work

Hi, I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-cache
And I see "NOTICE:
OpenLiteSpeed users please check this: Setting Up Custom Headers"
I did everything according to the instructions https://openlitespeed.org/kb/how-to-set-up-custom-headers/
But nothing works. the inscription is still there, the cache does not work. help please

Not sure where you saw that, browser cache should be enabled by default on OpenLiteSpeed Web Server.
You can check it from web admin > Server Configuration > General > Expires Settings
