Can't access the default protected directory - Correct username/pass times out

Since I'm just learning linux I wanted to figure this out myself, but I've spent an entire day with no luck.

Default installation as per the XenForo instruction guide written by @Slavik. I go to the protected directory in my browser, enter the test credentials, and it times out. Happens with IE, Firefox, and Chrome. If I enter incorrect credentials it'll reject me. I don't see anything in the log files.

Hi Joe,

Sorry your having trouble with this. This is a bug in 1.3.1. (The bug is with protected contexts and has been addressed in other threads.) It will be fixed in 1.3.2, which is about to come out.

Please keep in mind, also, that the current stable version is 1.2.x, not 1.3.x.

Yup.

yum install openlitespeed-1.2.9
