The link to the centos 9 RPM file on this page https://openlitespeed.org/kb/install-ols-from-litespeed-repositories/ returns a 404 because the file doesn't exist.

There's no such rpm, just follow https://docs.openlitespeed.org/installation/repo and it should work. I will update the kb soon.
