Cloudflare and OLS

I hosted a few websites, 80% there have Cloudflare. My question is, when set to "Trusted IP Only", who no have Cloudflare, can´t access nobody the 20% sites?

The one without CloudFlare will be always good.
The one with cloudFlare will reply on trusted IP defined to avoid problem. ( avoid proxy ip being blocked by security feature.

I am still unclear what's your question and what's your concern. For example, "This will reveal real IP? " which IP? You backend server IP? or real visitor IPs? Did you try to say you don't want to expose your real backend server IP to the public? If so, you just set everything go through CloudFlare. Please do explain in details what you mean so that we can better assist you.
