Cloudflare Setting up Litespeed to use TLS Authenticated Origin Pulls

There is no how-to for openlitespeed, how do we set this up? (in my case im also using directadmin, not sure if that would make any difference)

In OLS, you can just allow CloudFlare as trusted IP and block all the rest of IPs there.
