Error " createEntry failed, may due to no permission to write file or file is updating."

I have been getting the error, "createEntry failed, may due to no permission to write file or file is updating."

I tried to remove everything inside the folder by running rm -rf /usr/local/lsws/cachedata.
But I got the message "rm: cannot remove '/usr/local/lsws/cachedata/priv/0': Directory not empty"
Please how do I resolve this consistent error?

Please help me, very urgent, my site keeps getting [Module:Cache] createEntry failed, may due to no permission to write file or file is updating. and the site is seriously experiencing 500 internal server error every time.

then please enable debug log and seach for 500 error , see what it says

I don't think this cache issue will cause 500 error , worse case of scenario is to make cache keep miss , but your site has CF cache already
