Error when accessing a website that automatically downloads files after turning on LITESPEED TUNING

Hello everyone! My website is checkmart.vn, before I turned on LITESPEED TUNING
then my page works normally, but after I install LITESPEED TUNING on Cyberpanel, my page when accessing is no longer displayed and automatically downloads unknown files. Please help me with the workaround!
If it can't be resolved is there a way for me to return to default settings when I haven't done so at LITESPEED TUNING.

The page loadable from my end, not sure what was happened, did you fix it?
The LiteSpeed Tuning settings should not cause that trouble though.
One thing I'd recommend is to install LSCache to speed up the site more.
