Getting a 503 error - "Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!"

I am getting 503 errors on the pages that I constantly visited on my website. Others are working fine. Everything is working on incognito. This happening on multiple computers. The log file is:

I am not sure what error occurred during serving it.
You can toggle DEBUG log and try this URL again.
