How to Upgrade by command?

I run the command:>

apt-get upgrade openlitespeed

but the version stay the same, what I did wrong?

openlitespeed:
  Installed: 1.6.14-2+xenial
  Candidate: 1.6.14-2+xenial

The thread mainly talks about php deadlock message. I don't see relationship between php and OLS upgrade.

Our upgrade method has been clearly documented. You can just try the one suitable for your situation.
