.htm file extension not recognized in Openlitespeed

Hello Everyone. I noticed in my DA with Openlitespeed that websites having .htm extension is not seen by the server. It gives out a 404 error. We have to manually change them to .html. But it's so tedious task since there are a lot of them.

I know there should be a remedy on that but I do not know where to look. Any help is highly appreciated.

Do you see a 404 even when you try to access the .htm file directly?

Yes sir it does gives out a 404 error.

.htm should serve directly from OLS well. maybe file permission issue caused 404? If you copy the same a.html to a.htm, both should work. If not, log a ticket with us with tmp root ssh and example ULR not working for us to check for you.
