How to Install IonCube loader on OpenLiteSpeed for php 5.6 or php 7.3

If you have lsphp installed via RPM/APT you can install it with `yum install lsphpXX-ioncube` or `apt-get install lsphpXX-ioncube`

What about for php7.4 ? Will this work?

Ioncube is not yet available for PHP 7.4
