ipv6 returns 404 with cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

My server is running on AlmaLinux with cyberpanel openlitespeed..

the website is returning 404 on ipv6

http://[2001:df3:8880:15::a68:88ba] redirecting to http://[2001:df3:8880:15::a68:88ba]/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi (also for https)

http://m.justwebu.com/ >>>> http://m.justwebu.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I am also wonder that cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi contains cpanel logo!!!... should not be in cyberpanel...

I just launched one but no such an issue since the defaultwebpage.cgi file is not found. May I know which virtual host you hit? And does the file exist on the server? Also, if Ipv6 returns the file, then IPv4 should do the same, does IPv4 returns the same file from your end?

At here /home/m.justwebu.com/ no such /cgi-sys/ folder and defaultwebpage.cgi file exists..
At the end i have shared few lines from m.justwebu.com.access_log

virtual host:
Virtual Host Name m.justwebu.com
Virtual Host Root /home/$VH_NAME
Config File $SERVER_ROOT/conf/vhosts/$VH_NAME/vhost.conf

Pinging m.justwebu.com [2001:df3:8880:15::a68:88ba] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 2001:df3:8880:15::a68:88ba: time=1464ms
Reply from 2001:df3:8880:15::a68:88ba: time=512ms ... OK

Listener Name SSL IPv6
IP Address [ANY] IPv6
Port 443

GET /img-sys/server_misconfigured.png HTTP/1.1" 200 789 "http://m.justwebu.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64). . .
GET /img-sys/powered_by_cpanel.svg HTTP/1.1" . . . .
GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 705 "http://m.justwebu.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" .. . .


/img-sys/server_misconfigured.png and /img-sys/powered_by_cpanel.svg these two files are also not available at the /home/ or /home/m.justwebu.com/ and public_html folder... but interesting thing is that :
http:// or https://m.justwebu.com/img-sys/powered_by_cpanel.svg and http://m.justwebu.com/img-sys/server_misconfigured.png works ...
All the websites having same issue while using ipv6... I have not added to ipv4 for m.justwebu.com.... but other website like justwebu.com is working on only ipv4.. whenever i map m.justwebu.com or other websites with Listener SSL IPv6 this unusual problem occured..

Note: before 11 November 2022 ipv6 works perfectly... after that this prob is happening with me...
