Listener and virtual host cannot running (notice from admin dashboard)

I set up litespeed for the first time and follow this tutorial when I try to go <ip>:8080 and it cannot display the default LS page, and I go to admin then notice that listener and virtual host is not running.

How to make listener running

I'm not sure why it doesn't work on your server. Maybe you can simply use the script to install OLS + MariaDB + WordPress on a fresh server.
