lscache always purged after 10 minutes

Hi!

now OpenLiteSpeed 1.7.10 installed on hoster server.

more than half-year all work fine (with 1.7.9, 1.7.8 also)

two weeks ago crawler stop correctly generate lscache on my site.

for now:
- first load any page: x-litespeed-cache: miss
- try load again: x-litespeed-cache: hit

but ........ after 10 minutes - x-litespeed-cache: miss

what hoster must to check in OpenLiteSpeed configuration?

Hi, may I know which CMS are you using? For LSCache WordPress, you can turn on the debug log and check the purge reason from there.

I use Opencart 3.0.3.2

but I NOTHING change in Opencart or LSCcahe settings.

all work fine until at "one day" recache from cli stop regenerate cache (start by cron) and lscache became always purged

by GUI Opencart lscache TTL is setting to 1209600
2021-05-21 16:56:19 - X-LiteSpeed-Cache-Controlublic,max-age=1209600
but after 10 minutes: x-litespeed-cache: miss

Thanks. From the v1.7.10 release log, I don't see anything relates to the cache. May I know if downgrade the version to v1.7.9 can fix the issue?

hoster upgrade to 1.7.10 at 08.04.2021 and one month all work!
1.7.9 work until upgrade
1.7.8 work until upgrade

problem not in version.


what hoster must check in configuration or additional module?

P.S. I ten days try clear all possible caches OPCache,Redis,Memcached,Opencart,Journal,SEO,LSCache and regenerate lscache.
open ticket on hoster support 4 days ago.

hoster move my account (sites) to other server with clean install of server software.

now lscache generating and keep.

hoster continue investigating problem.
