php.ini is ignored after you make any changes to php.ini Override

If you add any value to php.ini Override in vhost settings, /usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/etc/php.ini is completely ignored.

There seems to be no way to get lsphp to use the ini file after this field has been changed. I cleared the Override box, compleatly stopped litespeed and issued pkill lsphp, then started server back up again, and the problem persists.

My root umask is 077 (so admins don't make stupid mistakes) and when I was messing with php.ini and replaced it with default from rpm that I extracted with rpm2cpio. Well, when I moved file to /usr/local/lsws/lsphp73/etc/ it retained it's 600 permissions. Would have been nice if server would report error in log file when it can't read a config file. Might have saved me some frustration.
