PHP Upload not working on SSL page

I've the same issue as the https://forum.openlitespeed.org/threads/php-upload-not-working-on-ssl-page.2751/

I've CentOS 8, PHP 7.4/7.3 and latest version of OpenLiteSpeed built hours ago by Directadmin.

I was not able to solve the issue, namely:

File upload from php webpage through https request does not work permanently..
and without https, through http request everything works fine.

Does anyone tries to fix this?

Hi,

May I know what is your OLS version ?

/usr/local/lsws/bin/lshttpd -v

should tell you the version.

I just tested with OLS + PHP 73 on Wordpress and uploaded a plugin zip without problem , over HTTPS.

Just like what I experienced recently using OLS with directadmin, many of my users report that they cannot upload media on wordpress but at some time the upload runs even though in https but more often it doesn't run when uploading.
I think this is a problem from OLS because I also run cyberpanel since a month ago they didn't work for uploads with https

I've seen this recommendation here to upgrade to OpenLiteSpeed 1.6.9 development version: https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/openlitespeed-file-upload-over-https-does-not-work.60368/

/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -d -e 1.6.9

Final version should be released next week.

BUT the most strange thing (by our server users finding) are:

https upload does not works on chrome on the first upload attempt and all afters!
but
using firefox - the upload sometimes is working fine but after the some period, there also is the same issue!

The upload process takes maximum allowed time and then it's display an error:

Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

note: The OLS instalation was made through the directadmin build 2.0

The same version of OLS but on CentOS 7 - the same issue absolutely! (I've just made a build)

On directadmin forum the admin helped me the the latest update, where the issue seams to be fixed:

/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -d -e 1.6.9

This allowed me to figure out what was wrong in my case.
