can we please have a proper guide on how to install phpmyadmin with openlitespeed php 7 on ubuntu 14x or 16x

i can't find a single guide online... well found one but have too many issues and errors. someone give us a guide on how to install phpmyadmin php 7 with openlitespeed on ubuntu 14x,16x.

i forgot to add a script handler, i remembered just before heading to bed lol

Always good to know some silly steps that were forgotten, because it may help other users.

when i installed openlitespeed, i followed this guide... at step 11 and onwards. you'll see that at step 13 i missed adding script handler.
