Recaptcha Problem

Hi always when i run recaptcha nothing happens I set it to yes everywhere, set my keys, set a checkbox and nothing.
I'm using php7.4 OpenLiteSpeed 1.7.15, any idea? Errors empty

What's the value of the Concurrent Request Limit? Possible to share a screenshot of your ReCaptcha settings?

I want to set this everyone / no limits, but nothing happens. whether I set it to virtualhost or server configuration, it never wants to work

If you leave the site Key and secret key empty, does the Recaptcha is still not working? For further assistance, please raise a ticket to bug@litespeedtech.com with this post link appended.
