Receiver 19.1.0.9 on ubuntu 18.10 not working

I have installed icaclient 19.1.0.9 on my ubuntu 18.10. I have done a login at citrix. ufds. dk got a ica file and went I click on the downloaded ica file I get the attached screenshot.

Likewise when I try the following from cli:

/opt/Citrix/ICAClient/wfica -icaroot /opt/Citrix/ICAClient test.ica

I get the same result.
