Server Error Log in WebAdmin console is empty

Hi,
After updating to 1.7.13 version Server Error Log in WebAdmin is become empty and in error log i get this:
[STDERR] PHP Warning: fopen(/usr/local/lsws/logs/error.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/lsws/admin/html.open/lib/LogViewer.php on line 185
also i get this one too:
[LocalWorker::workerExec] Config[AdminPHP]: suExec uid -1 gid -1 cmd /usr/local/lsws/admin/fcgi-bin/admin_php -c ../conf/php.ini, final uid 987 gid 99, flags: 0.
What's the problem? and how can i solve this?

Please try to upgrade to 1.7.14 to see if it is ok. If not, please log a ticket and we can login to your server to check.
