Shared Hosting Server environment and where lscache can store on OLS?

LSCache plugin 2.3.0

PROBLEM:
- hoster store lscache in server system root, not in my account
- one per week or even often hoster clear lscache store root
- and I must again, again and again make recache

hoster says that OLS have not technical possibility to store independent lscache per account.
is it right?

or OLS can store independent lscache per account?

but hoster not want provide this feature.

previously hoster says: not technical possibility
now hoster says: exist possibility of security breach because lscache stored in virtual host folder by root web-server owner, not user account owner.
