Theme Folder should be 403 forbidden, but it shows me 404 not found?

Hi guys,

I have my vps with openlitespeed. I want to adjust theme folders and those kind of links as a 403 forbidden. It gives me 404 for now.

Example:
https://www.domainname.com/wp-content/themes/themename/framework/php/font-management/

How can I fix it? To add "options - indexes" to .htaccess does not help me.
