Upgrade OLS at Vultr Hosting

I run OLS on Ubuntu installed as a complete package from Vultr.

However I want to upgrade to latest version, and I'm not sure if I should just run apt-upgrade from the command line or use the script?

Which should I use?

1. LiteSpeed repository
2. lsup.sh script
3. Binary install
