Urgent plugin help plz

I delted my databse and hosting my domain expired as i have no longer access to wordpress can the new owner have access to my cache by lite speed as the domain will be same and configuration will be also same can he request cache or see my cache ? Were does the cache stored on hosting or your server ? Ans my still logo and snippet are on search result and before that i removed my all plugin including litespeed cache can new owner access it plz help
