Version V1.7.13 is out?

Hi i am getting a text saying "New Release: 1.7.13 (current branch)"

But when i tried to check the changelog by clicking the link, their is no new update

yeah noticed that as well, also there is no mention anywhere on google of a 1.7.13 version either.
