Web admin opitimization

I have a shared server with 4 CPUs and 8GB of RAM. I am using CyberPanel, and the CPU usage constantly fluctuates between 20% and 80%. The RAM usage is around 20%. How can I make it more efficient?

Please check the output with `top` command and see which process takes most of the server resources.

Enabling the cache should help to reduce the PHP process amount and DB load.

I'm getting the error message '[409094] [config:server:vhosts:vhost:Example] Uid of /usr/local/lsws/Example/html/ is 0, smaller than the minimum requirement 11, use server uid!' and '[409094] [config:server:vhosts:vhost:Example] Gid of /usr/local/lsws/Example/html/ is 99, smaller than the minimum requirement 10, use server gid!'

For a news site, the load seems pretty ok. The cache is working as well. Multiple editors could log in from the backend at the same time and generate some DB and PHP queries at the same time.
