Web Admin

I was wondering if the Web Admin has a default user and pass. I have installed OLS on debian, ubuntu and centos and not once was i asked for a user or password during the install.

i am wanting to use ubuntu as my server on ec2. i will be installing OLS using make/make install. how do i access the web admin?
