What is port 43661 for? Should I Open it?

I use " netstat -ntulp " command.

found this :

udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:443 0.0.0.0:* 1065/openlitespeed

May I knwo what is port 43661 for ? and Should I Open Public Or Allow by UFW ? or Deny by UFW？

Those could be reverse dns lookup, I don't think firewall allow is needed.
