Why max_input_vars is not updated in phpinfo

Hi
I change in php.ini max_input_vars = 4000 parameters. After I rebooted lsws in phpinfo remained unchanged max_input_vars = 1000. What am I doing wrong?

I also changed .htaccess in the root directory:

<IfModule Litespeed>
php_value max_input_vars 4000
</IfModule>

Installed LS WordPress from DigitalOcean Marketplace.
Theme require max_input_vars 5000
Where did I miss to increase it?

you need to remove that ; in front , that comment out the setting so it won't apply

after that do a pkill lsphp
