Already have wordpress multisite run on my litespeed. And have successfully create subdomain in my wordpress multisite. But when I access sub.domain.com, got 404 not found.
Since you have a few other sites working fine, you may try to setup sub-domains by using different Virtual Hosts , assuming it is the same way for other domains which are working well.
